Registration Preparation for Parents

Please use this resource to help speed up the process of registering or re-registering your children.

DO NOT ENTER THE BUILDING UNTIL 6:00pm. Classes are still happening at BCIT.

Registration will only take place on Thursday between 6:00pm and 8:00pm.

1. Go to the Registration page and open the "New Cadet Registration Guide".

2. Follow all the instructions in that PDF document.

3. Download all the forms that your child needs, Form 1-3 and any allergy forms.

4. You have the option of filling them out on the computer

5. Print them all out to bring to our office, Room 332. Make sure all information is filled out correctly. If there are any errors, you will have to completely re-do the form. Parents tend to miss quite a few details because there are so many parts to the forms. Do not do this last minute.

6. On Registration Day, make sure you have your required documents: Proof of Legal Canadian Residency Proof of Provincial Health Coverage

7. Proceed to Room 332 and registration will take place there.

If you have any missing official documents, we cannot register your child. If you are missing forms, we will provide those for you.
