Code of Conduct Form Submissions

All cadets are required to complete and submit their completed Code of Conduct forms by 30 November 2023. Flight Commanders: all Code of Conduct forms are to be handed into yourself PERSONALLY and you will deliver those forms to 2LT Lo in the office (or at his desk if away).

None of your cadets should be delivering them directly to the office.

A list will be generated on which cadets are still missing their submissions.

Should any of your cadets be missing the Code of Conduct after the due date, they are to be informed ASAP that they not allowed to participate in any cadet activities until the form has been brought to the office.

The following process will require some diligence from NCOs to check the list of cadets from their flight who have outstanding submissions. Officers will get that information to you updated as soon as possible.

Process of removing cadets from activities:

1. For a regular parade night, an NCO will escort them back to the duty table at the BCIT entrance and they will call their parents/guardian to come sign the Code of Conduct. If they are unable to be picked up, they will sit there for the entirely of the night with the duty NCO. (Cadets will go directly to the office for submissions at that point.)
   

2. For any off-site activities, NCOs and officers will try to reach the cadet before their parent/guardian leaves and have them sign the Code of Conduct. If not possible, their parent/guardian will need to pick them up.

The officers appreciate the number of forms that have already been handed in the last week, and we would like to see the NCOs take more control of their cadets with the help of the officers.
