Level 2B cadets who were recently accelerated are to follow these instructions to ensure you are on track with the rest of the level. Failure to finish these tasks may result in repeating your level next year. Instructions can be found here. Submissions must be received NLT 29 March 2023.

Nametags: Level 1/2/3 will pick up their nametags free of charge from Supply. Level 4+ need to go to the office to pay $4 for each nametag. Check to see if your nametag is ready for pick up: Click here for the list of nametags available.
Uniforms: If your name is on the list, please go to Supply between the hours of 1800h and 2030h on Thursday. Click here to see which boxes have your uniform parts. SUPPLY CLOSES AT 2030H.

Uniform Exchanges will be taking place during these dates in front of Supply between 1800h and 2000h according to these dates: Feb 2 - Level 3s and Above | Feb 9 - N/A Feb 16 - Level 1s (Last Name: A-K) & Level 2s | Feb 23 - Level 1s (Last Name A - K // L - S) | Mar 2 - Level 1s (Last Name: L - S // T - Z)
Extra Uniform Parts: If you received your uniform package and have extra pieces that do not require an exchange, please drop it off in the "Extra Uniform Parts" boxes in front of the Supply.
If you received your uniform package but are missing some items, regularly check the Uniform List to see when your items are ready for pickup. (Parade Boots are currently backordered.)

For all IACE/GPTC/PPTC applicants, attached is the Review Board Interview Guide and Interview Schedule for your interviews. If you have any timing conflicts, contact the squadron email ASAP.
Dress of the Night:
Cadets with Full Blue Uniforms: C3A - Summer Dress with Ribbons
Cadets without Full Blue Uniforms: C5 FTU (HOW TO WEAR IT)
DO NOT come to training if you or anyone around you has contracted COVID-19/ experiencing any symptoms of any illness! You are risking the safety of over 200 cadets' friends and family AND the potential of us entirely losing access to the BCIT Aerospace facility! Stay home and return when you feel better.
